Floss your teeth every night before going to bed. It's a healthy habit to start! And continue. Studies show that if you do something every day (or night) for a full month, it will become a habit. Flossing keeps your teeth, gums, and breath cleaner and fresher, but it also cuts down on dental costs (more $$ in your pocket) and helps you fight more serious illnesses such as diabetes, respiratory illness and heart health. Believe it or not, how healthy your mouth is matters. Random Quote for the Day
