Floss your teeth every night before going to bed.
It's a healthy habit to start! And continue. Studies show that if you do something every day (or night) for a full month, it will become a habit. Flossing keeps your teeth, gums, and breath cleaner and fresher, but it also cuts down on dental costs (more $$ in your pocket) and helps you fight more serious illnesses such as diabetes, respiratory illness and heart health. Believe it or not, how healthy your mouth is matters.
